Made to order for you — ready within one week

  • Handmade in our studio in Friedrichshain, Berlin
  • Technical webbing(recycled polyester) sourced from outdoor equipment manufacturing
  • G-hook closure — infinitely adjustable, no holes needed
  • Curved g-hook from lightweight aluminum, ideally to hug the body
  • Low profile: can be comfortably worn under backpack hip belt, cummerbund, etc
  • Can also be used as a tension strap for luggage, bags and transport

In climbing, the approach is the hike to the base of the route. You haven't started the climb yet, but you're on your way — ideally with equipment that's reliable and fills you with confidence.

The Approach Belt is made from materials borrowed from this world with the intent of communicating this exact feeling. The technical webbing takes and holds load without deforming. The aluminum G-hook adjusts instantly to any waist and sits comfortably under a backpack hip belt or cummerbund without digging in.

Additionally the belt can also be used as an emergency tension strap — to lash something to your pack, secure a load during hiking, backpacking, climbing or simply biking through the city.

Designed with a loop on one end to comfortably cinch down the belt(and prevent the belt slipping out of the belt loops) and a low-profile webbing end made from flexible, non-slip TPU.

Composition

Made of
